Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use summerkini.com or buy from it. The store is operated by InHouse Apparel USA inc. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and, where required, sales tax are shown before you pay.
• Your order is confirmed when PayPal confirms the payment; we send the confirmation by e-mail.
• If a piece sells out while you are paying, or a price is clearly wrong, we will tell you and refund what you paid for it in full.
• Colors may look slightly different on your screen.

Payment

Payments are processed by PayPal. A gift card can pay all or part of an order. We don't see or store card details.

Shipping

Orders ship from Florida within 1–2 business days, to the destinations offered at checkout. Prices and delivery times are on the Shipping & returns page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns and exchanges

You can return pieces within 30 days of delivery, from your order page in your account, for a refund or for store credit to exchange them. Pieces must be unworn, with their original tags. Returns within the US are free; shipping costs are not refunded. Details are on the Shipping & returns page.

Gift cards

Gift cards never expire and can pay one order or several until their balance runs out. They can't be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it. Keep the code safe, like cash: we can't replace a balance spent by someone who had the code.

Promotions

Only one coupon can be used per order. Each coupon has its own conditions (minimum order, dates, number of uses) and can't be exchanged for cash.

Accounts

Keep your password private: you are responsible for what is done with your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Reviews and what you send us

Reviews must be honest, about a piece you bought, and free of offensive content and personal information. By sending a review (and its photos), you allow us to publish it on the store, in any of its languages, and you confirm the photos are yours to share. Our team reads every review and may decline those that don't follow these rules.

Our content

The SummerKini name, logo, photos and texts belong to InHouse Apparel USA inc and can't be used without our permission.

Liability

We do our best to keep the store accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer protection laws.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its date, applies to orders placed from that date on.
