Orders and payment

How do I pay?
With PayPal, using your PayPal balance or a card. A gift card can pay all or part of an order.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us at hello@summerkini.com as soon as possible. Before an order ships, we can cancel it and refund it in full.

Do I need an account?
No: you can check out with just your e-mail. With an account, you follow your orders, ask for returns, save your address and favorites, and review what you bought.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
From Florida to the destinations offered at checkout. Prices and delivery times are on the Shipping & returns page.

How long does it take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days, with tracking. You receive an e-mail with the tracking link.

Returns and exchanges

How do I return a piece?
Within 30 days of delivery, from your order page in your account: choose the pieces and whether you want a refund or store credit. Returns within the US are free.

I ordered without an account. Can I return it?
Yes. Create an account with the same e-mail you ordered with and confirm it: your orders show up there. Or write to us.

How do exchanges work?
Choose store credit: as soon as the pieces arrive, you receive a gift card with their value to order the size or color you want.

Sizes and care

How do I find my size?
See our size guide. Reviews also say how each piece fits.

How do I care for my swimwear?
Rinse it in cool fresh water after each wear and dry it flat in the shade. More on Fabrics & care.

Gift cards

Do gift cards expire?
Never. A gift card can pay one order or several until its balance runs out.
